Dan Auerbach joined Robson Goldberg’s commercial group in 2023. Dan has over 15 years’ experience in areas of environmental due diligence and energy procurement. Dan was an Account Executive at Direct Energy for 10 years, where he managed a network of brokers covering deregulated energy markets behind all major Independent Service Operators in North America, specializing in the negotiation and closing of procurement contracts in natural gas, power and renewable energy markets.
Prior to working at Direct Energy, Dan served as a Sr. Staff Scientist for ATC Associates, where he
managed Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. He also completed a one year judicial clerkship for New Jersey Superior Court – civil division. In addition to being a licensed New Jersey Real Estate agent, Dan has a degree in Geophysics from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Camden.
